1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document:

• "Platform" means the gerya website located at gerya.net and all associated services, products, game verticals, and features accessible through a gerya account.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered in a single person's name, linked to a verified Philippine identity document, through which the player accesses all gerya services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account with gerya and uses the Platform.
• "PHP Wallet" means the Philippine Peso-denominated virtual wallet associated with each gerya Account, used for deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and bonus crediting.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player into the PHP Wallet from a verified payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or incentive funds credited by gerya to a Player's Account, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing lawful gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document verification and source-of-funds checks conducted in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion available within every gerya Account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the gerya Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing real-money gaming. gerya strictly enforces this requirement and employs mandatory identity verification at the point of registration.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral in accordance with Philippine law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The gerya Platform is operated for and restricted to players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gerya complies with the laws applicable in your location.

2.3 Registration Process

To open a gerya Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a verifiable email address, and your date of birth. You must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID) before withdrawal privileges are activated on your Account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify gerya support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. gerya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including failure to log out of shared devices.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Verification

gerya conducts identity verification (KYC) in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any additional documentation requested by gerya for verification purposes within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You are required to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, mobile number, or email address must be submitted to gerya support with supporting documentation. gerya is not responsible for failed communications or failed transactions resulting from outdated Account information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. gerya reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Account balances following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate an Account by logging in and completing any updated verification requirements.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your gerya Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure request, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of any pending wagering or transaction requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gerya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and must match the identity information on your verified gerya Account. Third-party deposits — where payment originates from an account not held in the Player's own name — are not permitted and may trigger an AML review.

4.2 PHP Denomination

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via USDT will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied at the time of transaction processing. gerya does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency-to-PHP conversion values.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by gerya in the order received, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable review periods required under AML compliance procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed on a priority basis. gerya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts as defined by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your gerya Account originate from lawful sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. gerya cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in reporting suspicious financial activity as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Availability

gerya offers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, pool rummy, and card games. Game availability may vary based on your location, account verification status, and applicable PAGCOR product licensing. gerya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or product at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed through the gerya Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except as expressly provided in the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market. In the event of a technical fault during a bet placement, the transaction log maintained by gerya's certified systems shall be the definitive record.

5.3 Game Integrity and RNG

All gerya casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Sports betting odds are determined through market-based pricing mechanisms. gerya does not manipulate game outcomes and is subject to periodic auditing under PAGCOR oversight. Return-to-player (RTP) information for slot titles is available upon request.

5.4 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, sports bet settlement, or transaction, the records maintained by gerya's gaming systems shall be the primary reference. Disputes must be submitted to gerya support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. gerya will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made by gerya following a good-faith investigation are final and binding.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gerya are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and form part of this Agreement when accepted.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Balances must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gerya actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using low-risk or mathematically balanced wagering strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion between Accounts to exploit referral bonuses; claiming bonuses through fraudulent registration information; and any other conduct that circumvents the intended purpose of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

gerya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, gerya will endeavor to honor reasonable player expectations for any portion of the promotion already in progress.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gerya Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches for financial gain — any winnings arising from known or exploited errors are void;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, card games, or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or layering of funds through the Platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gerya staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the gerya Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gerya Platform — including but not limited to the gerya brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gerya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorization from gerya.

9. Privacy & Data

gerya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at gerya.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

gerya processes player data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of Platform services. Personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and certified game providers as required for lawful platform operation.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to retention requirements under Philippine law. To exercise these rights, contact gerya support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gerya's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gerya is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from Platform use;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet infrastructure;
• Technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond gerya's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or safeguard login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

Nothing in this clause limits gerya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by gerya

gerya reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gerya has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; the Account holder is in breach of these Terms; a regulatory requirement mandates account action; or the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

11.2 Termination by gerya

gerya may permanently terminate an Account following investigation of a suspension. Where an Account is terminated for cause (material breach of these Terms), any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending regulatory referral. Real Money Balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after completion of required compliance procedures.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who choose to self-exclude through gerya's Responsible Gaming tools are requesting voluntary Account restriction. Self-exclusion periods are binding for the duration selected by the Player. During self-exclusion, gerya will take reasonable steps to prevent access, including blocking re-registration attempts from the same identity. Self-exclusion requests must be made through Account settings or by contacting gerya support directly.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are not satisfied with gerya's dispute resolution process may also escalate concerns to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gerya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gerya will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the gerya Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 above. The current version of these Terms is always available at gerya.net/terms-conditions.
